1. The main purpose of state regulation in the field of the company's activities is to establish the legal basis of the company's activities for mutual insurance.

2. The main task of state regulation in the sphere of the company's activities is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of policyholders, insured persons and beneficiaries.

3. The main principles of state regulation in the sphere of the company's activities are:

1) ensuring equality of rights and duties of the members of the company;

2) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of policyholders, insured persons and beneficiaries.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
